On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the second floor (top floor) there is bedroom number 4 (two single beds) and bedroom number 5 (master bedroom) with bathroom. The master bedroom on the top floor has an open fire place and a balcony with a fantastic view. On the jetty is a 21 ft motorboat (on a boat lift) that you may use after agreement with the owner. Boat license required. In front of the jetty is the seaside cottage of 63 sq.m. It has living room with open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with 2 singe beds.. Sleeps up to 4 person if you use the sofa bed in the living room. Beside the cottage is a separate hot tube, just at the sea shore. It is 100 meter between the main residence and the seaside cottage. You reach the seaside house on a special track. Guest access You will have exclusive use of the houses (the main residence and the seaside cottage). The garden stretches down to the water where the jetty and the seaside cottage is.
