Sun, Sea & a Wood-fired HotTub in a Downtown Villa

Sun and Sea Downtown Mediterranean Villa is a furnished self-catering villa situated in Green Point, on the slopes of Signal Hill, in the heart of the Atlantic Seaboard with sweeping views of the ocean and Robben island and a stunning lapa with a covered outdoor barbecue, gardens and a wood-fired hot tub. The space This stunning Mediterranean style villa is situated up the slopes of Signal hill, a part of Table Mountain National Park right in the middle of Atlantic Seaboard in downtown Cape Town. The villa has sweeping ocean views only interrupted by Robben Island in the distance. This villa has four bed rooms all with en-suite bathrooms and inside the master bedroom, there is another small room with bunk beds for 2 additional people sleeping a total of 10 guests anytime. In addition, a dedicated, playful space in the living area can sleep two additional people on floor mattresses if really needed and based on prior arrangement. The master bedroom has a beautiful little balcony with amazing ocean views. The villa has a bunch of sitting areas, both indoor and outdoor as well as access to a swimming pool in a SHARED SPACE next door, up a quick flight of steps and by prior notice only (though unavailable from December 9 to January 8). Our favorite part in the villa is the entertainment 'lapa' area with a built-in barbecue and a KolKol wood-fired hot tub. The villa has a dedicated and secure parking garage for two mid-size cars or one very large vehicle. The house has a dart board near the braai/barbecue area, a pool table and board games. The villa has three bedrooms and bathrooms as part of the main house while one of the bedrooms open up directly in a pretty little garden in the villa. The villa is over 100 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina both inside and outside. Guests pay ZERO 'Airbnb service fee' as we cover it for you. Guest access The entire villa. The guests can also access a beautiful swimming pool in a SHARED SPACE a quick flight of steps away and by prior notice only (though unavailable from December 9 to January 8) The guests have a secured parking for two typical mid-sized sedan, no longer or broader than a Mercedes C Class (height of the car is not a constraint) or one very large vehicle. The villa is right next to another one of our properties with a connecting door in between. If you have a really large group (up to 20-22 people) and there is availability in both the properties, we can try to help by offering both properties together. Other things to note Though mentioned already, we wish to highlight the following point as, though rare, there is confusion around this at times. The swimming pool is in the adjoining property which is where we, the hosts, stay. So though you are very welcome to use it and is a quick flight of stairs away internally between the properties, this is by appointment only. The pool is altogether unavailable from December 9 to January 8. Guests pay ZERO ‘Guest Service Fee’ (usually 14% of total booking value) on Airbnb as we, the hosts, cover it for you.
