Villa near the sea

The villa is located in a strategic position where you can easily alternate a relaxing day by the sea, in the hills or in the Roman lakes to a day of tourism to visit the beautiful city of Rome, the historic Etruscan city of Cerveteri, the archaeological site of Ostia, or spend a fun day in the great Hydromania water park. Equipped with wi-fi, it's perfect for a smart working period. The space The house offers everything you need to spend a relaxing stay or a smart working time. It has a large garden with English lawn, 2 comfortable outdoor loungers, outdoor dining table, porch equipped with relaxation area and barbecue. It has on the ground floor a large living room, dining room, service bathroom and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine). Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, one double and the other equipped with two single beds, two large bathrooms both with shower, a comfortable indoor storage room equipped with clothesline, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner and shoe maker and an outdoor storage room located on the balcony for the washing machine. The house has a beautiful and spacious attic with a double bed and two single poufs that can be used if needed. The house is suitable for couples, families and groups up to 8 people. Guest access The house is equipped with free private parking. It is located a few minutes walk from the Torre in Pietra/Palidoro train station which allows you to reach the center of Rome (San Pietro) in 20 minutes. The railway line connects the house to Termini Station and the port of Civitavecchia. In front of the house there is also the bus stop with which you can also reach the nearby seaside resorts of Passoscuro, Marina di San Nicola, Ladispoli and Maccarese as well as the nearby Bambino Gesù di Palidoro pediatric hospital. Other things to note The price does not include the tourist tax of €4.50 per person per day, except for the exemptions provided for by law (Regulation on the tourist tax of the Municipality of Fiumicino).
