Just 10 mins from Fowey , The Eden project & sandy beaches perfect for dog walks. The cottage and barn combined sleep a total of 6 persons including children beautifully styled with all essentials needed , mod cons , smart TV's in each property and complimentary goodies on arrival. Towels and kitchen equipment supplied. The cottage has 2 bedrooms a king and double with wardrobe in the master bedroom , fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher , walk in shower room with rainfall shower and living space seating with leather settee and armchair and smart TV and wifi , dining room table and chairs seating 4 , dimplex electric fire for cosy evenings , enclosed large patio area seating 4 people overlooking the garden with BBQ and parasol . The barn is a spacious luxurious studio , with kingsize bed , living area with cosy electric fire , chandeliers , smart TV and wifi , shower room with walk in rain fall shower , kitchen and dining area for 4-6 people. Each property is modern and immaculately decorated. Ideal for family groups , couples and groups of friends. Owners live on site however you to have full use of gardens and facilities. The swimming pool is large and heated during Apl - Mid Oct the hot tub is heated all year round , the area around the swimming pool is large enough for 6 loungers , the gardens are flat and great for ball games. The gardens are lit with beautiful lanterns in the evenings. The hot tub has bluetooth stereo and lights for the evening. We are surrounded by rolling hills and countryside views with a 2 acre garden fully enclosed fencing with fish and turtle ponds , picnic table , pool loungers, private parking for 2 cars , exclusive use of heated outdoor swimming pool , 6 seater jacuzzi hot tub and snooker table / games room including stocked fridge with various complimentary drinks . The property is in a quiet hamlet with only 8 houses great for relaxing by the pool. Local pub 1 mile away , woodland dog walks in lovely woods nearby. Situated 15 minutes from the exclusive harbours of Fowey and Charlestown , and the Eden project, 25 minutes by car to the north coast for surfing in Newquay , Padstow very centrally located. Please note the cottage can sleep 4 persons we recommend 3 as the living space is small the living space in the cottage is quite small however leading onto the outside patio in warmer weather the doors can be open for outside dining. The summer house by the pool is large and able be used in the evenings for relaxing with 2 large leather settees , drinks fridge with snooker table for extra evening space. For outdoor dining we have tables and chairs on the patio and a large picnic table by the pool in the garden seating 6. Guest access Approach to the property is through small single rural lanes in places single traffic. Security cameras at the gate for secure parking. Mid and High season July -Mid Sept Friday - Friday change over only , 7 night stays , low and mid season short breaks are welcomed 3 night minimum changeovers mid week days and weekends Access to the property is 1 mile from the village of Lanlivery The Crown Inn via rural single lanes. Full use of gardens , pool and pool area are available to your party. We security cameras at the entrance gate. Secure off street parking for 2 cars , electric cars will be asked to pay an additional £12.00 per night for charging The nearest town is 10 minutes away for large supermarkets , but in the village is a farm shop supplying all essentials. Supermarket deliveries are accepted. Other things to note Sept - May short breaks are welcomed for either property 3 night minimum Pm for rates You will need a car to stay at this property as we are rural with no transport amenities. Strict 2 x small / medium dogs only Babies are accepted Travel cot and high chair available Low season only minimum of a 3 night stays welcomed Check in time 4pm.
