The holiday apartment offers two double bedrooms with wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps and chairs, and each bedroom has an en-suite supplied with solar heated hot water. The well equipped modern kitchen is perfect for rustling up some culinary delights; there is also a kitchen dining table. Adjacent to the kitchen is the lounge with a cosy woodburner for the cooler months, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day sipping a glass of the excellent local red ... or white! In the lounge there is a sofa which converts into a double sleeping sofa for an extra guest. Guest access The house is set in 2 acres of rolling countryside consisting of the garden with outdoor seating/dining areas/sun loungers/parasols, the sheltered gravelled courtyard area, 'our hill' which offers spectacular views over the Sibillini Mountain range, the meadow with various fruit trees and a vegetable patch and the woodland. Guests are invited to use all these spaces. Follow one of the many footpaths directly from the house and take the opportunity to explore the immediate area on foot. Other things to note Although the access to the house is on the flat, parts of the grounds are quite steep and exploring these would not be recommended for young children unaccompanied or for the disabled.
