Renovated apartment, equipped with all comforts, the strategic position allows you to move without taking the car. Near the Sestri Levante train station it is also convenient for those without a car. In just 3 minutes on foot you can accept the main services including: beach, center, supermarket, restaurants. There are free parking spaces for cars and motorcycles near the apartment. There is air conditioning, WI-FI connection. The space Located on the second floor in a building with a lift, the apartment features a cozy living area with dining table, sofa that can be opened and used as a bed for one or two people and a TV. The kitchen is new and equipped with induction cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer and coffee maker. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything else that can be used for guests' meals and breakfasts. A maximum of 6 guests can stay in this apartment. In the master bedroom, as well as a comfortable double bed, you will find two bedside tables, a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. There are blackout curtains in both bedrooms. The modern bathroom and finely furnished like the rest of the house, consists of bathroom fixtures and a large and comfortable shower. There is a utility room with a washing machine that can be used during the stay. Clean linen (sheets and towels) is rented from a certified linen company for each stay and is included in the price. The house is equipped with air conditioning, heating and free WI-FI service. The apartment does not have private parking but there are free parking spaces nearby for cars and motorcycles. Pets are not allowed Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared areas. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €2/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to their twelfth birthday are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER. OPTIONS TO ARRIVE: By car, along the A12 motorway with the exit at Sestri Levante. Journey by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting with the Central Station which are active in each terminal every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from the Central Station towards Genoa-La Spezia which stop in Sestri Levante (about two and a half hours journey). The Sestri railway station is about 180 meters from the apartment which can therefore be reached on foot. From the Galilei airport of Pisa Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that directly connect the airport to Pisa Central Station. Operational every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (journey of about 5 minutes) From there you can take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey with intercity, two and a half with regional ones). The Sestri railway station is about 180 meters from the apartment which can therefore be reached on foot. From the Colombo airport in Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus stopping outside the Arrivals area, you can reach the Genova Piazza Principe railway station in about 30 minutes. The service runs every day, with a ride every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all routes on the AMT network. Children up to 4 years travel for free. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from the Principe station towards La Spezia with a stop in Sestri Levante (fifty minutes by intercity / one hour and twenty with regional ones).
