Visiting Austin Area for work or Travel and want a great space in a quiet neighborhood, book this private room space in the friendly suburb of Pflugerville and still be just 10 minutes to Kalahari and 20 minutes to Downtown Austin, Circuit of the Americas, Downtown Round Rock, Domain Shopping. Also just 5 minutes to GOLD's Gym (it's just behind my backyard), DELL, HEB plus grocery story, Movies and Shopping with quick access toll roads 130 and 45 that will get you where you want to go fast. The space This is a 1400sq ft three bedroom single family home in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Have done alot of remodeling work recently such as new fireplace and newly painted rooms. Kitchen is still being remodeled (just be aware kitchen flooring is out). Best thing is location off of tolls which give you quick access to Kalahari, downtown Austin, Dell Diamond, Circuit of America, DELL Computer, Samsung, and places to shop in North Austin, Domain, Round Rock, Georgetown including IKEA.
