Workers will not require access to the apartment interior. The patio is likely to be unusable, though access should be possible to the garden. Please only book if you are happy with this information. *** The space Once you're in, you'll find a beautiful, clean garden flat, with plenty of room, a new kitchen and a fab garden to relax and lounge in! The garden is so quiet considering where it is and offers a serene oasis, in the middle of town and a short walk to almost anywhere in Brighton - all attractions are just a few minutes away! It's a converted flat - our neighbours are quiet, we're friends with all of them and you'll hear normal household noises occasionally. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so plenty of privacy, with the lounge and kitchen in between. You can easily find car parking, via just park dot com. There is no allocated parking. Alternatively, arrive by train - you don't need cars in Brighton! Vodafone signal inside the property is average. Calls may be made through wifi. Just 5 minutes' leisurely walk to the fashionable Seven Dials and North Laine areas, 10 minutes to the city centre shopping area and 15 minutes to the beach, means everything is within easy reach. The apartment is only 4 minutes' walk up a steep hill from Brighton station, so make sure your luggage has wheels, if you arrive by train! PLEASE NOTE that there is sofa seating for TWO ONLY in the lounge.
