Ideal large living rooms, 'The Cwtch' and kitchen/ diner for large groups. 10 minutes to Bike Park Wales (secure bike lock up on request) 20 minutes to the start of Pen-y-Fan. 30 minutes from Cardiff / Swansea. extras available upon request. The space 3 bedroom farm house. 1 room with double bed - 1 floor mattress when needed 1 room - double bottom bunk and single top - space for 2 x floor mattresses for larger bookings Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, basin upstairs. 1 room with double bed, and set of single bunks with en suite shower and toilet & basin. Also room for 3 floor mattresses for lager bookings (all made up with bedding) Downstairs has an open plan kitchen-diner, a separate lounge/tv room with a wood burner. Games barn at bottom of drive with pool table / beer pong and twinkly lights set up space for disco lights. There is a patio area with seating and a BBQ out back & tiered patio at front. All noise outside is to be kept to a minimum after 11pm. Other things to note paid extras * Helsinki Lazy Spa Hot Tub* If you are looking to make your stay more fun / special, I have an outside lazy spa hot tub which sits 6/8 people available upon request at an additional charge as I hire in from an outside company. When booking the accommodation, please ask for further details regarding a hot tub. they usually costs between £60 / £125 depending on length of booking and number of people. All prices are discounted from the company as I use them regularly. * logs are not provided for wood burner please bring your own seasoned wood can be bought from supermarkets * four legged friends * The property is family friendly and you are more than welcome to bring pets with you. I charge £20 per pet for duration of stay and ask all general house rules are kept when animals are inside. Cleaning/Maintenace/Hot tub staff maybe on or around site from 9am-2pm doing daily checks if applicable and to answer any questions should you need anything. After that we are available on the app and the phone should you need anything up to 10pm Emergencies only 10pm-9am
