Located 3 miles from Keeneland Horse Race Course & Bluegrass Airport, 4.9-miles to downtown, and 10 minute walk to Lexington’s newest largest park (pickleball & basketball courts, playground, and 2 dog parks). Dogs welcome at house with written agreement with host and a pet fee. NOTE: The pool is OPEN for the 2026 season. The space ***CLEANING & SANITIZING NOTE*** This host takes guests’ health and safety very seriously and has enhanced sanitation protocols, in accordance with the latest CDC guidance, to provide the safest environment possible for guests. These steps include: All touchable surfaces are sanitized with alcohol-based sanitizer, containing at least 60% alcohol, before and after each guest (counter tops, tabletops, doorknobs, light switches, bathroom & sink fixtures, toilets, appliance handles, TV remote control, etc). Moreover, all linens are washed with a disinfecting detergent. Guest access Whole house access except locked master closet and garage. Other things to note Pool is open ~April/May thru ~mid Oct, weather permitting. Hot tub is open year around.
