This room is in house which located on the top of Figaro-Montmany, on the Carrer Les Pomeretes street, in wonderful place with great view in front of Montseny mountains in Figaro-Montmany. Swimming pool is 8m x 5m with sun lounge beds. Total in house: 6 rooms available. Subject room have one queen-size beds with 30 cm high-quality mattress. If necessary, your things can be left in the kitchen (before entering or after leaving), after informing the manager of the house. 5. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house, in bathrooms, in the kitchen, in the bedroom and in the dining room. Smoking is allowed only in strictly designated areas: on the balcony, on the terrace. 6. It is forbidden to play loud music on the terrace and in the rooms. Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests. 7. It is forbidden to organize parties, events, birthdays at night after 22.00 (10pm). We do not need problems with neighbors and the police. 8. Please inform the house manager in advance of all daytime special activities. 9. It is forbidden to jump into the pool from a trampoline, stick your legs out through the windows and carry out other extreme actions that could result in personal injury. 10. It is forbidden to litter on the terrace and please collect in trash bags following the results of the events and leave the bags at the entrance to the house. 11. When using the kitchen, please keep the kitchen utensils and work surfaces clean. 12. Please keep the rooms clean and appreciate the work of house managers.
