There are also plenty of wonderful walks and places to visit in the local area. Troedyrhiw Cottage also has its own garden which is next to but separated by a fence from it’s sister cottage, Betty’s Cottage. (The two cottages are adjacent to each other but detached with their own gardens.) If you would like to bring your four-legged friend, this is a doggie friendly cottage for well behaved and house-trained pets, please let us know if you are bringing your dog (s). Therefore, we provide a landline phone in the cottage so you can call UK landline and mobile numbers. (We request that our guests are mindful not to use the phone for over an hour per call, as the call charge increases a lot once an hour is up). As soon as you drive up the hill you will pick up all mobile signals. You will find lots of info/brochures/maps and leaflets in the cottage to plan days out, book restaurants and activities etc. There is a DVD player in the cottage and a good selection of DVD's, the TV has freeview with lots of channels and there is a radio that is also a blue tooth speaker, so you can play music from your phone. We also supply a welcome pack of toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower cap and soap. * If you bring your dog please be mindful that this is a rural area with livestock nearby, so please keep your dog under control at all times and adhere to the country code.
