Our small Masseria Trulli d'Itria is characteristic because it is developed entirely within trulli and lamie, it is located in the heart of the Itria Valley in a strategic point to reach different towns: Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Alberobello, It consists of 2 separate but adjoining units. For this reason, it is an excellent solution for 2 families or groups of friends traveling together, to share pleasant moments while maintaining the right privacy. The space The Iris (trullo), located inside the small Trulli d'Itria farmhouse, is structured as a single room, in which you will find the kitchen area and the beds (1 double and 2 single) with a bathroom complete with all the services. It is in fact an ancient limestone trullo, cool in summer and warm in winter, it does not need air conditioners, being naturally air-conditioned. It borders the Malva villa, but has an independent and private outdoor space. It is accessed from the kitchen side, where a space equipped with a coffee table and chairs has been set up, while on the back you will find another private and independent veranda. The Malva, structurally larger, instead consists of trulli and lamie, in the area of the trulli there is a single first room, which includes a kitchen, table, fireplace and double bed, an authentic solution of the time, followed by two other separate rooms in lamie, in one with two single beds, in the other, a master bedroom with a large double bed, both air-conditioned. The property is clearly furnished with period furniture, and all in its original state, thanks to a painstaking conservative restoration. There is also a bathroom with a double sink and complete with all amenities. Entering the small Trulli d'Itria farm is like going back at least a hundred years in time, a unique feeling that cannot be described with words alone, to be experienced at least once in a lifetime. Guest access The small Trulli d'Itria farm is located right in the heart of the Itria Valley, in the countryside of Ostuni (Br), the famous White City. Its historic center, of a blinding white, immense, culminates with the Cathedral that impetuously dominates the plain of the olive trees, the park of the coastal dunes and a clear and crystalline sea. Its alleys, Piazza della Libertà and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town. A short distance from the small masseriatrulli d'itria is the Torre Guaceto Protected Marine Area, while the countryside extends into the heart of the Itria Valley, completely surrounded by trulli and dry stone walls, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Piccola Masseria Trulli D'itria also enjoys a strategic position, a few km away there are Cisternino (5km), a village recognized among the most beautiful in Italy, Ceglie Messapica (8 km), a center of tradition and food and wine, Martina Franca (13 km), all to be visited and Alberobello (the city of trulli) just 18 km away. A short distance away, there is one of the most important cycle paths in Italy, called the "water cycle path", which crosses the Itria Valley passing through small bridges, trulli and dry stone walls, unique in its kind.
