Go surfing, fishing, play board games, or just read a book. This is a Sat to Sat only rental in the summer months. Please read the other details to note section. The space This is a second-floor condominium. There is a master bedroom with a direct ocean view and an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a pool/distant sound view. The hall bathroom is right next to this bedroom. There is a sleep sofa in the living room. There is also a coffee bar. All beds are queen size. Guest access The entire condominium is for your use. Other things to note Linens are not included but can easily be rented. There is no elevator, only a luggage lift. (This amenity is not guaranteed. You must be able to navigate two flights of stairs with your luggage.) Beach chairs are stored in a locker in the building. There are 3 free washers and 3 free dryers in the building. Outside showers are under the building next door. The pool is open mid-May to mid-October. Please confirm dates with me. I do not provide refunds for any reason. Please purchase trip insurance. The condition of the beach cannot be guaranteed. This is a barrier island. In some cases, I might request a photo ID. In these cases, the reservation is not complete until the ID is received.
