Ideally located only 5 minutes walk from beautiful Moffat Beach and its many cafes and restaurants, this freshly renovated beach house is the perfect place for a relaxed stay. With a lovely big deck and fully fenced garden, the property is suitable for families and pets. The two bedroom, two bathroom house is air conditioned with spacious kitchen, living and verandah. All appliances are brand new, including the bbq. The large garden has a lovely grassed area to enjoy with family or friends. Moffat Beach headland is a renowned surfing spot. Tooway Creek also runs to the beach and is a gentle and safe place for kids to swim. An off-leash dog beach is the next beach north. The park in front of the beach has large grassed areas, shady trees and multiple playgrounds for children and is a perfect place for lunch. Shelly and Kings Beaches are also a short walk away and it's only a 2min drive to the local commercial centre, Caloundra high street. Pets are welcome in the garden but definitely not inside.
