The space The space: This is our house that we offer you during our holidays, so it is fully equipped (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, rotating heat oven, washing machine and dryer, and generally all the amenities you have at home...) and your children will find everything they need to play! Each room is independently air-conditioned. Large living room (65 m²) with bay windows. Equipped kitchen open to a dining room and a fully equipped cozy living room (large flat screen, DVD player, internet box...) Night area: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds + 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each (all are equipped with cupboards with wardrobes), 1 bathroom (double sink + bathtub + shower). Separate toilet. Linens and towels provided for a lighter suitcase! We can provide you with a baby bed and mattress. Outside: Large plot of 1100 m² fully enclosed with heated swimming pool and a courtyard closed by an electric gate and can accommodate 2 vehicles (no access to the private garage). A terrace on each side of the house to enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The pool, very sunny, is perfectly secured by an electric roller shutter that can support up to 50 kg. Charcoal barbecue with chimney, deckchairs, several garden furniture to guarantee you beautiful summer days. Swing, slide, hut, basketball panel, and even a covered area where athletes will find the necessary equipment to maintain themselves!
