Warm apartment, great location.

Pleasant apartment (30m2) nicely equipped and decorated. There is one bedroom and a living room. The sofa can’t be used. The apartment is perfect for a couple (there is a coffee table, but no dinner table). I live in the apartment when it's not on airbnb, so it's not empty, but i do my best to make the apartment comfortable ! I sold the TV so no TV ;) The space My apartment is located just next to the subway station Goncourt, and it's just 10 minutes walk to the subway République and to the Canal Saint Martin. Lot of groceries and shops in the neighborhood. Other things to note The apartment is located on the street side (small street).
