On the ground floor there is a living area, two triple en-suite bedrooms. On the mezzanine level there is a kitchen & dining area and on the first floor there are 5 double en-suite rooms. Outside there is space for dining Al Fresco and a private hot tub which is an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: The small indoor pool and games room are now closed but guests of Kingston have free access to the McCaulay's Leisure Club in Dinnaton near Ivybridge with a 25m pool, gym, and golf course. The space Entering the Great Barn through the main doors you find yourself in the main living area, a large open plan space with a lounge comprising of 3 large luxurious leather sofas and smart TV. On the ground floor adjacent to the lounge are two large triple en-suite bedrooms. As you make your way to the first floor there is a mezzanine level where the state of the art kitchen and dining area is situated with a breathtaking vaulted ceiling and original features. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a feast. On the first floor there is a long stylish hallway with 5 spacious Double en-suite bedrooms.
