Incredible apartment located in Don Ramon de la Cruz next to Príncipe de Vergara, in the Salamanca neighborhood, one of the best and most emblematic in Madrid. It is a quiet neighborhood with many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. and very well connected with the rest of the city. It has capacity for 6 people and is perfect for families and business trips. It is not a tourist home. It is a modern apartment decorated with very good taste. The space The apartment has 70 square meters distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining room and an equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a 190x135 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other has two 190x90 single beds. The second bathroom is independent and with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) and the living-dining room has a dining table, a sofa bed for two guests, high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV. In addition, the apartment has: AC, heating, hair dryer, bed linen, towels... It is on the third floor with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, although in some cases it may be possible to enter earlier, as long as the apartment is available. The guest can ask the Minty Stay team the day before arrival. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. In these cases, the guest must pay by credit card through a web link that will be sent by Minty Stay. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. In such cases, a locksmith will have to be called, and the cost of their assistance must be covered by the guest. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door. The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless another time has been agreed upon in advance with the host.
