A perfect position for exploring Hunter Valley and Newcastle. 1 bedroom small self-contained unit attached to our house but with separate outside entrance (5 stairs to climb, no railing but alongside house ). Shared driveway. Price for 3 people ($10 extra per night for additional guests over 16 years old). Dogs accepted on request. No fenced yard. Non smoking accommodation. Smokers have to sit outside. The space Micro, hot plate, small oven, electric fry pan in small kitchenette. A light-filled lounge room with comfortable queen sofa bed and cupboard. Aircon in living area. Queen bed in small bedroom with no cupboards. Bath & shower. All linen and towels provided.
