Sunset studio - close to lake & station

Quiet location, near Lake Macquarie. 10 minutes off the M1, 5 minutes walk to station. A perfect position for exploring Hunter Valley and Newcastle. 1 bedroom small self-contained unit attached to our house but with separate outside entrance (5 stairs to climb, no railing but alongside house ). Price for 3 people ($10 extra per night for additional guests over 16 years old) as it is a small unit. Dogs accepted but no fenced yard. Non smokers only please. The space Micro, hot plate, small oven, electric fry pan in small kitchenette. A light-filled lounge room with comfortable queen sofa bed and cupboard. Aircon in living area. Queen bed in small bedroom with no cupboards. Bath & shower. All linen and towels provided. Tea, Coffee provided and Light breakfast included* Extra fee for laundry, subject to availability (shared in garage). Spa and fire available during cooler months for booking at an additional cost. (Subject to availability & pre-approval) *only for first two days Guest access Please park across the street from property after pulling in the driveway to unpack. Other things to note Mobile reception with Telstra inside unit but other providers have poor reception. WIFI included. Extra fee for use of shared laundry in garage, subject to availability.
