(located at the corner of 4th Ave and 23rd street) The space This is a 45sqm unit suitable for Couples or families and even group of friends looking for a great value accommodation. Unlimited internet / Wifi router / Cable TV! The unit has the following: 1) Master Bedroom - Queen sized bed with 6 inches uratex mattress with aircon 2) Second Bedroom - Double deck bed and has its own aircon. 3) Dining table and seating for upto 8 4) Sofa seating for 6 and can be converted to sleeping area for 2-3 5) Kitchen with ref, microwave and basic cookware. 6) Modern bathroom with water heater. 7) a 40" Smart TV with Netflix account! 8) Air conditioning in every room Other things to note GUIDELINES FOR GUESTS WHO ARE INTERESTED TO BOOK OUR PLACE: - Muggle Stay Guest House is not a Hotel. Our unit is located in a residential condo in BGC, Taguig. - We do not allow loud parties, especially after 10 pm. - Pool Use: Maintenance & upkeep of the pool are managed by the condo admin. The guests may access the pool. However, Muggle Stay is not responsible for any issues concerning the pool. 2 pax is free of charge, and P100.00 per pax in excess of 2 is collected by the condo admin directly from guests. The pool is open from 6AM to 10 pm and closed every Monday. GAMING ARCADE GUIDELINES The arcade is available for use by the guests. 1. To play, just turn on the switch at the back of the arcade near the wire cable. After power ON, please insert 5 peso coin so that the buttons can function. 2. The gaming arcade accepts 5 peso coins (old and new coins are OK). We provide free 4pcs of 5 peso coin at the top of the money changer for initial play. 3. Guests may change their bills to 5 peso coins using the money changer. Just insert the bill at the slot (it accepts 20, 50, 100, and 500 bills). Each 5 peso coin is good for 5 minutes play. Guests may insert as many 5 peso coins for continuous play.
