This newly refurbished apartment-studio is on the 4th floor (mansard) of historic building, located in pedestrian part of Agmashenebeli Avenue. Access to the apartment is via courtyard. Apartment is equipped with all facilities which you may need for short or long stay. The space The historical house at 36 Aghmashenebeli Ave. is the landmarks in this district. “Chavchanidze’s house” attracts viewers for its unique entrance painted by Florentine artists and its refined ceiling décor. On the second floor one can see Mihály Zichy’s illustrations.
