Hello! A few years ago, I used to share my house with guests. Now in 2023/24 my entire house is listed. I still love Hampton and live a few streets away now! No gatherings, parties, interviews, meetings, filming or photography allowed at this property. The space Hampton is a safe and quiet desirable area bayside with easy access to shops, cafes and public transport. Of course the beach is very close by and about 3 minutes away by car. Peace and quiet and a lovely surroundings are a stand out in this area. Public transport is plentiful also with bus stops at either end of the street and train station a 15 minute walk. Guest access Guests can access the lovely garden and backyard area. Comfortable seating options and all weather cover and meals area is also available for guests use. Other things to note I prefer guests to enjoy the surroundings and comforts of the home fairly quietly. Friends or additional guests are not part of this agreement and accordingly are not permitted on the property.
