AC(10 PM TO 11 AM) can be provided on extra charge. Single Bedroom in an apartment with a small balcony showcasing sea link & Mumbai view. Good enough for a person or 2 who are on the lookout for an overnight stay, office work at nearby locations(BKC, Lower Parel), few nights stay. Washroom is not attached but curtains appropriate giving whole lot of privacy required. AC or TV access can be discussed as it's not included in this. The space Accommodates 1 comfortably as its best for single travelers with budget in the mind, but can accommodate 2 as there is a sofa bed which opens up and 2 can sleep comfortably. The bedroom is in my apartment which would be private & secure having a 4x6 sofa bed which opens up to sleep on. Private cupboard with hair dryer, Iron, Hangers, board games. The Balcony now has extra space to sit or store luggage which gets the place extra air of freedom. THIS ROOM HAS NO AC or TV. Access to living room AC(11 PM TO 9AM) can be discussed . **Essentials would include only bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper.** Guest access Guests can access the whole kitchen & the accessories in it like refrigerator, induction cooktop, water purifier, microwave, pots & pans etc for their needs. Washroom & Bathroom as per their needs. Curtains appropriate giving whole lot privacy required. TV & AC in living room not accessible without permission of the host as it's not included in listing.(IF AC IS NEEDED CAN BE DISCUSSED AT ADDITIONAL CHARGES only Usable during night) **WiFi for sending e-mail, browsing and mobile communication** **Hot Water Geyser** Keep it switched off at all times except for when in use. NO VISITING GUESTS/Friends/Relatives PERMITTED AT ANY POINT OF TIME. During your stay If staying in the private bedroom room, you will be given passcode for apartment and keys to bedroom. I will be in & out of the apartment only in the living room as per my schedule.The access to bathroom and washroom doors are well covered by curtains .Will be available on phone 24x7. Other things to note The next apartment is closely attached to the bedroom balcony so low profile quiet stay is expected. No loud music during odd hours. Outside visitors STRICTLY not permitted. A security camera is set up OUTSIDE the apartment main door in passageway. Before check in, a copy of any govt photo ID or passport copy is to be submitted for security purpose by all checked in guests.
