One Very Comfortable and Spacious Bedroom, available With Private Bathroom In a 2 Bedroom Ground Floor Flat with Parking Facility on Request. The guest has no access to the kitchen or other areas besides the room and bathroom. However, there's a fridge and a small microwave suitable for warming up food, but not cooking meals in the room. The space Close to city centre, university, business and ecommerce, such as American Tabacco, Ocean Village, Ferry to the Isle of Wight and Hythe, The New Forest, all motorways, within walking distance to coach and train stations, city centre. Short walk to convenience store - shopping trolley available... Close to University, Hospitals, Restaurants, pubs, Cinemas, Mayflower Theatre, Bedford Place, London Road, The Avenue etc. 30 to 40 minutes walk to the General Hospital. 30 minutes walk to the Royal Southants Hospital. Any questions please ask. Guest access Room and bathroom, drink facility. There's a kettle in the room with tea and coffee. Double wardrobe, large desk Chest of drawers, single bed, TV, WI-FI, lift. Please note there's no Kitchen availability. During your stay I live in the flat and work most of the time from home, so please just ask if you need any help. Other things to note I am a very friendly and welcoming person. I enjoy having people in my place and it is my pleasure to welcome you. My flat is very clean and tidy, therefore I ask all my guests to leave things as they find them, especially when it comes to the shower. If your stay is longer than one week, you are responsible for keeping the room and bathroom clean. I can provide a change of bedding but you will have to change it yourself. When using the shower please make sure that you use the squeegee provided to wipe any water from the glass. I do not offer breakfast and there's no Kitchen availability but there's a kettle, fridge and microwave in the room and tea and coffee. There's a parking space but I need to know in advance if required as it belongs to my neighbour and I have to make sure that it is free or otherwise arrange something else No visitors allowed, PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE'S NO KITCHEN AVAILABLE
