Finders Keepers France is an ADULTS ONLY Camping and Glamping retreat situated at a non-working French Farm. Encased in 16 Acres of rural grounds and with a 3 Acre fresh water lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the towns of Nerac and Condom. Marcadis Gite offers comfort whilst having the opportunity to use all of the facilities available within the camping site. The space A 1 Bedroom Adult only Gite attached to the owners 1817 farm house. Placed in 13 acres of beautiful gardens and woodland with a fabulous 3 acre lake. Very private with own entrances and gardens. The Accommodation can accommodate 2 Adults. This is a large open plan Gite with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. We try and cater for all needs to ensure that you have a fabulous stay. The Gite is very rustic with added extras such as: Bedroom: King size bed, highest quality white Egyptian cotton bedding, Egyptian cotton bathrobes, hairdryer, shoe cleaning kit. Lounge: 1 sofa and chair, French TV, Stereo, DVD player and selection of French and English DVD's, record player and records, reading books. Dining area: table and chairs. Bathroom: shower, toiletries, towels. Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer, tea/coffee making facilities, Bialetti Italian stove coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. Extras: Front outside dining area with table and chairs. BBQ. Also, a lower-level relaxation area with sofa and chairs. All complete with lighting. Rear outside dining area. Parking Finders Keepers France is a family run camping and glamping retreat consisting of a holiday cottage (Marcadis Gite), 2 glamping tents and 2 camping tents. There is a cosy coffee lounge that sells coffee, tea, soft drinks, milk shake, drinking chocolate, wine and beer. There is an above ground swimming pool, a small plunge pool, plus you are able to swim in the lake. Around you grounds you will find badminton, Ping-Pong, Archery, a 3-acre lake, plus much more. Shady rest is our undercover social area which is home to the coffee lounge, library, armoire with board games. There is a games room located within shady rest which has a pool table and dart board. Parking for any size vehicle. No electric hook up. We have placed many hammocks, tables, chairs and benches in and around the grounds so you can just sit, relax and enjoy the views, wildlife, and weather. This is a truly beautiful place for a relaxing break if you love nature, the outdoors and wildlife. We are surrounded by nature and fields therefore you may experience visits by wildlife. We try our best to prevent visitors inside the gite however this is sometimes out of our hands during farming season. All animals are removed humanly and returned to their habitats safely and quickly Guest access Guests will have shared use of all the gardens, woodland and lake. Plus all the owners gardens, games, fishing kit. They also have their own private front garden and also back garden with BBQ area. There is also the coffee lounge open for use. Other things to note We are a small retreat that offers a small camping/glamping site alongside the gite. All facilities are shared with other guests over the 16 acre site. We are an LPO Refuge so are protecting the wildlife and nature in the area. Fantastic area to wildlife watch. We do not allow electric car charging at the property due to costings.
