Modern and personally decorated house next to beach meadows with fantastic sea views. 2-story house that sleeps up to 5 people. Large garden with 3 patios where you can enjoy coffee in the morning sun and dinner with lovely sunsets over the sea. Trampoline available (summer). 300 meters to the sea and 800 meters to popular swimming area with beach, swimming jetty and crab fishing. Great location along the old and new E6, and proximity to the many excursion destinations along Halland's coast and inland. The space Bright and airy house of 120 sqm on two floors overlooking the sea. On the lower floor there is a large hall, bathroom with bathtub, an open living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and sofa group. There are also exits to patios in three directions. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a single bed. One bedroom is located in an open alcove and can be screened off with a folding wall. This bedroom has two French balconies overlooking the sea. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a TV corner with sofa. The garden of 2000 sqm is lush with several patios and a large terrace with barbecue grill. There are fruit trees and growing boxes with herbs and vegetables to pick when in season. There is a large trampoline in the garden and five older bicycles available for bike tours in the area. Guest access You live in the big house and have access to a washing machine in the storage room at the back of the smaller house as well as the bicycle storage room at the parking lot. The smaller house's sleeping area is private and is not included in the rental. Other things to note No parties or events allowed. No pets. Some dry goods are available to use, e.g. spices, salt, oil. Towels, bath towels and bed linen are available to rent for SEK 200 per set.
