This detached private vacation rental property consists of two villas and two bungalows that are air-conditioned and sleep up to 17 guests, with 8 bedrooms and an attic, and 6 bathrooms along with 2 private swimming pools that offer views to the sea. The pools can be heated with an additional cost. Olivia on Sea is within 500m walking distance from the beach through an incline dirt path with a few steps. The space Villa A Layout The first villa is a two storey building that sleeps up to 4 guests. It has two bedrooms (one double, one twin), two bathrooms, and open plan kitchen and living area. Outside there is a terrace which is ideal for dinning , and upstairs there are lovely balconies. There are also two bungalows that are semi detached. Entering them through a covered porch which overlooks the swimming pool you first come to the kitchen, then to the living area and the bathroom. A double bedroom is located at the rear of each property, while an open loft with twin beds is reached via a stair ladder. As per the main villa, each of the two bungalows can accommodate up to 4 people bringing the total occupancy to a maximum of 12 guests. Living Room The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet and a flat screen TV. Kitchen The kitchen features: oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and kettle. There is also an outdoor Barbecue. Villa B Layout The second villa has 2 bedrooms (a double and a twin) and an attic with 1 single sofa bed- accessed by an internal stair from the double bedroom. Living Room The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, and ornamental fire place. There are patio doors to the pool area along with sea views. Kitchen The air-conditioned kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also an outdoor Barbecue.
