The house is located in a separate area on the 2400 sqm property with a meadow, apple trees, cherry tree, sandbox, 2 swings, 3 slides, stilt house, trampoline, grill, fire pit, etc. It is neutrally furnished with few private things. Feel free to use the games, CDs, and books. Above the two bedrooms, the attic area is very popular with children for sleeping and playing. One bedroom has a double bed of 1.60 m and the other two single beds which can also be pushed together or stacked on top of each other. The stove is electric with four ceramic hobs and an oven. You will find a blender, iron, sandwich maker, waffle iron, large fridge with two freezer compartments. The washer and dryer can be used in the main house when we are there. Two high chairs, stroller, baby guest bed, kids car seat, kids toys ... also there. Feel free to use the large or small grill, fire pit and 4 bicycles. The distance to the nearest houses is relaxed and far away and you don't look into each other's cooking pots. The garden is very spacious, 2400 square meters. The village road is about 10 meters behind the north side of the house and the living room with terrace on the south side facing the garden. Due to the lack of foliage, car noises can be heard mainly in winter, especially during rush hour. In the evening and at night, cars rarely drive. Most guests don't mind, on the contrary, many find it very quiet here. But if you want it to be as quiet as a mouse, it is better to book somewhere else, far from roads.
