I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer. The space The 40 square meter apartment consists of a large living room, a small 2 x 1 meter wide pantry kitchen, a hallway and a daylight shower bathroom with toilet. The apartment has its own entrance and is located in the basement. A step leads from the hallway to the living room. The windows are fitted with shutters and curtains to ensure privacy and good sleep. The living room is covered with carpet and the entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating. There are 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for two people. The single beds can also be placed separately if necessary. For a long-term stay of one person, a bed can be quickly dismantled. For entertainment, there is a TV with satellite connection, music system and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with 2 hot plates, sink, fridge with 2*freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, cookware, a selection of spices and various cooking utensils. An oven is not provided. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and mirror. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet, sink, washer-dryer (washing machine and dryer in one unit), vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack. A small patio in the courtyard invites you to linger in good weather. A duvet, pillow, fresh linen, hand towel and shower towel are available for each booked guest. Bath mat, dish towels and cuddly blankets are also available. Guest access The apartment and the patio in the courtyard are available for our guests. Other things to note In the courtyard it is possible to charge an electric vehicle for a fee.
