The space This is an amazing and spacious warehouse loft style apartment (of around 120sqm including indoor outdoor balcony) with high ceilings that peak at around 4m and contain 7 amazing velux skylight windows throughout flooding the loft in natural light. There is a separate bedroom (with queen size bed) and bathroom private from the open living space. PLESE NOTE; the second bed is located in an open area at the end of the main living space, which is separated by an industrial curtain. The sofa is a single so please note if you want the single turned into a king size sofa bed for the second bed. Finishes are rustic and industrial with personality, if clinically neat and minimal is preferred this may not be your ideal space 😀Located between leafy North Perth and vibrant Mount Lawley and a bus ride, stroll or short Uber to the CBD. The apartment (as part of a 2 apartment development) has been recently built but uses many recycled elements throughout to give a sense of the classic warehouse. Guest access You have your own parking (one bay) infront of your private access to and from the loft apartment - through a large barn door and an industrial style crushed gravel courtyard. There is an external staircase leading up to your front door where you can enjoy the view of the city on your every step up or down. Other things to note Please note there are no longer any bikes for use. ✖️The studio can be rented for $170 if used for photography sessions between the hours of 11.30-2.00pm on select days - please enquire about availability. Early checkins or late checkouts can only be made atleaste 24 hours prior and will be charged at $30 per hour if required.
