Back veranda looking out onto private garden. 4 Bed rooms: - King bed in the main room with en-suite - Queen bed in second and third rooms with French doors onto the front veranda - 2 single beds in the fourth bedroom. There are fans in every room and air conditioning in the living areas. This house is close to restaurants and public transport and a convenience store. Please note - there are about 10 stairs from the car park to the house. There are no stairs in the interior and one shower not over a bathtub.. Guest access You will have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and all pots and pans, cutlery and crockery. You also have a washing machine and 2 car parks off street Other things to note There is some building work happening across the road that may cause some noise at times This house is not suitable for parties or events. The neighbours will call either me or the police if noise is excessive after 10pm We have external security cameras to the entrances installed at the house. There are no cameras inside the house.
