Apartment Herz in Ellmau

My place is close to restaurants and dining and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and the cosiness. My place is good for couples and families. Please be advised that construction work is taking place opposite the apartment which may impact your stay. We have temporarily adjusted the pricing to reflect this. The space Our home from home is located on the top (fourth) floor of a residential building with fabulous views of the Hartkaiser mountain from the lounge and the Wilder Kaiser mountains from the bedrooms. There are 2 furnished balconies to sit and admire the views. The apartment is spacious with a good sized lounge with dining area, separate fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room. There is a large hallway, separate toilet, shower room and 2 spacious bedrooms. In the basement there is communal storage for skis, bikes etc. Other things to note The apartment is on the top floor. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb (55 steps) and no lift. The apartment is in a residential building not a holiday complex. We politely request that our guests respect our neighbours. The apartment block rules is no noise after 10pm. The basic price is for 2 guests sharing 1 bedroom. There is a €20 charge for single room occupancy. Extra guests are charged at €10 per guest per night. A high chair and travel cot can be provided upon request. There is a €10 charge for the provision of cot bedding.
