Our house consists of: - large living room with sea view - fully equipped kitchen and dining room - fully-equipped laundry room - 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private shower rooms - hallway: reading area, game room - bathroom, bathtub, double sink, changing table... - 2 independent toilets Non-smoking house. We cannot accept pets due to allergy problems Rated 4-star tourist accommodation in 2020 The space Discover the experience of living on an island full of charm, with such different landscapes: rocky coves like Baby Beach, forest, sandy beaches like La Grand-Plage, L'Anse de la Croix, the village and its ramparts... Far from the mainland, we forget the constraints, cars, parking lots, traffic jams to find authentic moments. From our family home facing the sea, you don't get tired of the view! The house is comfortable and we are constantly improving it. Check-in after 4 p.m., check-out before 10 a.m. During long weekends and big weekends, the house is rented for the full period. For the summer period, rentals are weekly, from Sunday to the following Sunday. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy, except the garage and a room reserved for our personal storage. Other things to note In April, May, June, September, the house is rented for a minimum of 3 nights, except during school holidays. On bridges and big weekends, the house is rented for the full period. For the summer period, the house is rented by the week, from Sunday to the following Sunday. Rest of the year is on demand. At your disposal, a fire pit-barbecue is to be used according to the regulations and recommendations that the tenant must be familiar with. The requested package includes the loan of linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and bath sheets, dish towels..., cleaning as well as the replacement of the accommodation.
