The room has recently been decorated and separate from the main house, in an upstairs annex with its own entrance. Our room is large, comfortable, modern with a King sized bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, dressing table, TV, WIFI, tea and coffee facilities. It also has En-suite shower room with shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. No.2 The space The space consists of separate secured entrance leading into a small hall and stairwell which leads upstairs to a larger open space. Off this is a large double bedroom with shower ensuite and panoramic views over established garden and across the Moray Firth . Please note that as this room is part of our family home we do not have cooking facilities within them nor allow hot food/takeaways to be consumed. This is to avoid accidents, spillages and unnecessary food smells in rooms. We are however situated in close driving proximity to numerous places to eat. Please ask for recommendations. Guest access Guests have access to separate hall, upstairs open area and bedroom only. Other things to note Although our house is in a semi-rural location, we are approximately 5 miles from the City of Inverness, capital of the Highlands. Inverness Airport is just 6 miles away. Situated on a bus route with easy access to all main roads. Please note that should you not have your own transport then getting to the sights and attractions surrounding us may not be that easy and you will have rely on public transport. The Cairngorms National Park, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, is less than half an hour away and has everything from castles and distilleries to family attractions and endless outdoor fun. The UK’s largest National Park offers masses of things to do including watersports, snowsports, wildlife watching, and some incredible high and low level walking and cycling routes. If you are a keen golfer then our location is ideal to allow access to all standards of golf courses. Castle Stuart championship golf course is a approx 6 miles away with Royal Dornoch 60 minutes car journey. Many more a with easy reach. We are also ideally located for those more adventurous types who want to explore the mountains of the Highlands by foot or mountain bike, with many Munro mountains being in a day’s drive and back. Scared of heights don’t worry there are hills and cycle tracks to suit everyone.
