Dario's House is a very comfortable apartment that has been used as a holiday home for about 10 years and has satisfied the needs of many people from all over the world. The location was chosen specifically as the apartment is located a few steps from the De André tram stop which connects Scandicci with the historic center of Florence in 20 minutes. For groups of up to 12 people it is possible to book another apartment 5 minutes away on foot (Dario's House 2). Discount depending on length of stay. Close to the apartment there are shops, services and a large shopping center could easily be reached with the tram. It has a reserved parking space in addition to the ease of parking in front of the building. The tramway 3 minutes walk (stop Villa Costanza) allows you to reach the center of Florence in 20 minutes (train station Santa Maria Novella) with a frequency of about 3 minutes. A shuttle bus connects the railway station with the airport to Florence and Pisa (also connected by rail). For those arriving by car, the house is about 1 km from the highway.From Santa Maria Novella railway station by tramway (stop Villa Costanza), with highway A1 and FI-PI-LI exit Scandicci Florence, from Florence Airport - Peretola connection with railway and tramway.Along the route of the tramway center of Scandicci 3 minutes, 5 minutes shopping center, the center of Florence 20 minutes. The direct connection to the train station from which the services bus you can easily reach the art cities of Tuscany. For the same purposes as the proximity to the highway makes it easier to use the unit for which we have reserved parking. Other things to note PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY CHECK-IN TIME: As indicated in the listing, check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, a late check-in service is available with an additional cost of €10 per hour, to be paid in cash upon arrival. (e.g. check-in at 9:30 PM → €20; check-in at 11:30 PM → €40). Upon request and depending on the owner’s availability, around 11:00 AM it is possible to leave luggage and collect the keys for one or two people in the group. Check-in will in any case be possible from 4:00 PM or as soon as cleaning has been completed. As the arrival date approaches, please inform us of your expected arrival time, confirm it on the morning of check-in, and notify us of any changes. USE OF BEDROOMS-FOR BOOKINGS OF 2 GUESTS ONLY The following information applies only to reservations made for 2 guests. As already indicated in the property rules (also shown in the listing images), the rate for 2 guests includes the use of one bedroom only. If you wish to use both bedrooms, the rate for 3 guests applies. In this case, you may request a modification of the reservation from 2 to 3 guests via Booking, or request the use of the second bedroom directly from the property by paying the price difference in cash upon arrival. TOURIST TAX-POSSIBLE INTRODUCTION Guests are informed that the Municipality of Scandicci may introduce a tourist tax starting from June 1st. If confirmed, the amount will be approximately €2–€3 per person per night, for a maximum of about 5 nights. If approved, the tax must be paid on site at check-in, in cash, and is not included in the booking price. Updates will follow as soon as official information is available.
