Our place is good for couples, families, groups, and it's pet friendly. Our place is close to The Cally Hotel and Gardens, Galloway forest, Coco Bean Chocolate Factory, Cream of Galloway, Cycle paths, Gastro Pubs, Cafes, The beach, 2 Golf courses, and a Tennis Court. The space Trekkle Cottage is a recently refurbished, terraced cottage. It was originally built as a mill workers cottage in 1790 and some 220 year old timbers are still in view. It has a spacious, open plan feel downstairs flowing between the kitchen, dining room and lounge. There are patio doors from the dining area leading to the lovely garden where we have a patio area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The garden is secluded and sunny for most of the day with the afternoon and evening sun shining on the patio seating. The bedrooms are spacious and sunny and have super comfy beds with fresh, hotel-style bedding throughout. The house is well insulated and a fully controlled new heating system has been installed with separate time zones for bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. We have a wood burning stove downstairs to snuggle around with your cocoa in the winter. Kitchen is well equipped with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, Hob, Microwave and Fridge/Freezer. We provide a PS3, mountain bikes, Board Games, Jigsaws, Playing Cards, books, guidebooks, toys and a table tennis set In the Garden we have– Patio, Furniture and a BBQ. Play pitch – football, badminton, volleyball, soft archery and Kubb You can use our kites, beach kit, bikes, buckets, spades, nets, tennis rackets, golf clubs, walking sticks, backpacks, flasks, sandwich boxes, picnic rug. Guest access This rental is of the entire house and it's beautiful garden.. We have five lovely bikes in our shed in a range of family sizes for guests to use. 4 Helmets are provided. We have tennis racquets abd balls if you want to hire the tennis court nearby. Other garden toys are in the shed. Other things to note We have a travel cot and high chair available for guests, however, there are no stair gates installed. Please bring your baby's bedding. Bedrooms are all located upstairs so the property may not be ideal for disabled or infirm guests.
