Large Capacity Gite with Party Room

Welcome to Petit Chavernay! A place of tranquility to share a moment of relaxation in the countryside with family or friends. Here everything is a pretext to have fun and enjoy the great outdoors: walks, barbecue, petanque, fishing, ping pong, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton and many other outdoor games. Included on site: a party room with speakers and lights, a large barn for indoor activities and a huge park for friendly moments! The space The maximum occupancy of the place is 50 people and about 30 beds. The accommodation is distributed as follows: - A large enclosed courtyard for parking upon arrival. In the courtyard there is a volleyball/badminton net, a petanque court and a large double brick barbecue adjacent to the party room. - A 100 m2 party room including a kitchen/bar area with 3 refrigerators/freezers, 2 ovens with electric hobs, 2 microwaves, a dishwasher, 2 filter coffee machines and a kettle, a sound system with lights. - A 200 m2 barn adjoining the party room. Ideal for playing ping pong, basketball, foosball when the weather is not cooperating. - A 5000 m2 south-facing park with soccer field and enclosure with animals. - A family cottage of 80 m2 composed of a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle. A living room with fireplace/insert, large table, sofas, TV. One bedroom with 3 single beds and another with a large double bed. Toilets. Bathroom. - One floor with a large dormitory that can accommodate 10 people (6 single beds + 2 double beds) with its own toilet and adjacent shower room. As well as a corridor with two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed. On the same landing, a shower room and a toilet. A second dormitory is being renovated with additional mattresses that can be used as extra beds. Guest access The farmhouse is located on the left (white gate) at the end of the path in front of the silos. Other things to note High season rates (May to October): €2,000 for one night, €2,500 for two nights, €3,000 for three nights. Low season rates (from November to April excluding holidays): €1,500 for one night, €2,000 for two nights, €2,500 for three nights.
