Welcome to Le Petit Chavernay! A place of tranquility to share a relaxing moment in the countryside for families or groups of friends. Here, everything is an opportunity to have fun and enjoy the wide-open spaces: walks, barbecues, pétanque, ping pong, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, and, of course, aperitifs... Included on site: a party room with speakers and lights, a covered area for indoor activities, and a huge park for fun times! The space The maximum occupancy of the property is 50 people, with 30 beds spread across two cottages. You can bring your own tent and camp on the property at the back. The premises are divided as follows: - A large enclosed courtyard for parking upon your arrival. In the courtyard, there is a volleyball/badminton net, a bocce ball court, and a large double brick barbecue next to the community hall. - A 100 m² community hall including a kitchen/bar area with 3 refrigerators/freezers, 2 ovens with electric hobs, 2 microwaves, a dishwasher, 2 filter coffee machines, and a kettle. Available: a sound system with light show. - A covered area of 200 m² connected to the community hall. Ideal for playing ping pong, basketball, pool, or foosball when the weather isn't nice. - A 5,000 m² south-facing park with a soccer field and an enclosure with animals. - The first cottage features a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, induction cooktop, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. A living room with a large table, sofas, and a TV. Two bedrooms with double beds. Toilet. Bathroom. One floor with a large dormitory consisting of 7 single beds, with its own toilet and adjoining shower room. As well as a hallway distributing two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed. On the same landing, a bathroom and a toilet. - A second family cottage with a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. Two living rooms with large tables, sofas, and a TV. On the ground floor: three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a double bed and two single beds. Two toilets and one bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a single bed and the larger one with two single beds and one double bed; a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. Guest access By car, 25 minutes from Chartres, 15 minutes from the A11 highway and the Voves SNCF train station serving Paris. The farmhouse is located on the left (white gate) at the end of the road, opposite the grain silos, so there is no car traffic. Other things to note High-season rates (May to October inclusive): - 1 cottage (sleeps 15) + living room and outdoor areas: €1,500 for one night, €2,000 for two nights, €2,500 for three nights. - 2 cottages (sleeps 30) + living room and outdoor areas: €2,000 for one night, €2,500 for two nights, €3,000 for three nights. Low-season rates (November to April inclusive): - 1 cottage (sleeps 15) + living room and outdoor areas: €1,000 for one night, €1,500 for two nights, €2,000 for three nights. - 2 cottages (sleeps 30) + living room and outdoor areas: €1,500 for one night, €2,000 for two nights, €2,500 for three nights. New Year's rate: €2000 These are the rates WITHOUT Airbnb fees The community hall, as well as each of the two cottages described below, can be rented separately according to your needs (quote on request). Check-in: from noon, check out until late afternoon. These gîte spaces are registered with the town hall under the reference: 14004*04.
