In the building, there are three more apartments that we rent. Yours is on the second floor (no elevator). The apartment is arranged for eight guests. Our brand new three-bedroom apartment with a separated kitchen has a true city feeling! The apartment is situated in a quiet part of the old city center of Koper. → 10 min walk to the beach → everything you need in the radius of 500 m (ATM, grocery shop, bars...) THOROUGH CLEANING AND DISINFECTION Your safety is paramount. In addition to meticulous cleaning, we make sure to disinfect all high-touch surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.). We use a hospital-grade disinfectant, approved and certified from the National Health Agency. BEST LOCATION FOR EXPLORING SURROUNDINGS: Koper is an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding towns. The Slovenian Istria has a really expansive offer to accommodate all tastes. Venice is less than 200 kilometres away from Koper, which makes it a perfect destination for a one day trip. Of course, the visit of Venice from the sea is an especially exceptional experience. HOST RECOMMENDATION: A walk by the sea is always nice (you can walk all the way to Izola), and we also suggest you go to the (award-winning) Koper Central Park along the Semedela promenade. You will enjoy staying in this apartment, and you will love Slovenia coast. You will leave with a smile on your face and a wish you could come back soon. Guest ready & private apartment is yours entirely, and you have access to all amenities in it. You can also use a washing & drying machine in the lobby (shared with other guests, supplement 2€/washing, 2€/drying). You can park one car in front of the building. If you are coming with two vehicles, one should park in the public parking place. Other things to note → All guests must provide an ID for registration purposes with the local authorities. That is demand under Slovenian law and applicable to all rental properties. → Citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and foreign citizens spending the night in an accommodation facility (the so-called overnight tourist fee) must pay the tourist fee: - €2.00 per person per day – full tourist fee (18+ years old), - €1.00 per person per day – half tourist fee (7 – 18 years old) The fee is not charged for children under the age of 7. → If you are coming with two vehicles, one can be parked in front of the building for free, but the other has to be parked in the public parking place.
