The house is located in the northwest area of Santa Margherita Ligure, the location allows you to reach the sea, the center and the train station in a few minutes without the need to use vehicles. Every object that is there I have chosen and placed carefully in this apartment that, although not huge, consists of an entrance with a living area and dining table, a nice balcony and two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed that can, upon advance request, be divided into two single beds. Then there is a kitchen equipped with everything!!It features a beautiful antique white marble sink. From here you can access a bathroom with a shower that, although small, I have just had renovated! The apartment is located on the first floor of a building dating back to the early 19th century, an old rope maker's house. The interior is very bright and welcoming and has a small terrace. The kitchen has everything you need. You will have many books and a guitar! There is no condominium hot water but there is a boiler that heats the kitchen and bathroom water that is good for quick hot showers. For stays longer than 30 days, it is mandatory to sign a contract as per the regulations of Italian law, and a deposit will be requested. There is a convenient portable air conditioner in the house! (the free internet connection is for the summer period, for the other months it is for a fee.) Guest access Guests are welcome in all areas of the house. Other things to note The free internet service is active for the summer period, otherwise it is active but for a fee. For long-term periods, consumption will be separate in the winter period. Prices can be agreed based on the length of the stay if greater than 20 days. The hot water is heated by an electric hot water storage boiler that allows hot but short showers, not continuous jet.
