Located just steps from the Gilão River and close to some of the region’s most iconic beaches, the property spans three floors and is ideal for families or small groups looking to explore the Eastern Algarve. With a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with showers, the house offers a practical layout: On the first floor, there is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The open plan living room and kitchen provide a cosy and functional space, with access to a balcony overlooking the historic centre. This floor also includes a laundry area. The second floor features three more bedrooms, including a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom, along with another shared bathroom. The third floor offers a rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the city and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. Just a short walk from Tavira Castle, the ferries to Tavira Island, and the beaches of Terra Estreita and Barril, Townhouse Aqua Maris is the perfect blend of Algarvian authenticity, comfort, and a prime location. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.
