The villa is in a quiet residential area in the heart of Versilia. It has two large floors and a garden where you can relax or eat. The sea and clubs are minutes away by bike, as are supermarkets and services. My family and I live in a basement apartment with completely independent access and garden. At check-in, the documents of all guests will be required. The space The house has a very bright spacious living room accessible via an entrance veranda. From the living room you can access the kitchen which overlooks the garden in the back of the house. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and balconies, and a large bathroom. A portion of the garden is available for guests, as well as a covered outdoor space where you can eat outdoors and a private parking lot inside the property. The space used for guests is completely independent.
