Modern Room with beautiful Pool

This room is ideal for a couple on a romantic or relaxing vacation, and can also be used as a family room by a young family as the sofa bed can be converted for one small kid who will be staying for free until the age of 6. Any person above this age will be accommodated subject to an extra person charge of Php 500/night. The space Modern Room with covered terrace and beautiful pool. Guest room for 2 adults and 1 child in modern house with own bathroom. This is a big property comprising several hectares in beautiful Bataan province, north west of Manila. It can easily be reached by car and bus. The ferry from Manila Bay to Orion is currently still suspended, unfortunately. The residence is located in the middle of nature with wonderful views of the west Philippine sea and Mt. Natib, a National Park ideal for hiking excursions. The property is located on a hill (97 steps to be climbed) about 4 km from the sea. We are a Filipino-German Family, and this is our Home, Farm and Garden. It is also known as Mango Garden Bagac. We chose this place because of the tropical vegetation, panoramic vistas, space and the feeling of freedom. A Caretaker Family lives on-site and takes care of everything, also in our absence. Guests are invited to book available space not currently being used by us, relatives and friends. Some of our Guests are happy to spend their entire vacation on the grounds, relaxing, chilling out, cooking, swimming and reading. Other Guests also use the property as a base for excursions or events, such as day trips to the beach, hiking in the mountains, or attending weddings in nearby resorts. It is easy for a week to fly by and regret not having more time. Property Layout: There is a Main House with 2 bedrooms, one occupied by the owners, and the other sometimes shared with guests, called the Modern Room. Beside the Modern Room, there’s also the Native House, see separate listing under ``Native House with Beautiful Pool´´, which can be book together with a tent pitched in front of it. Both locations, Modern Room, Native House, and the tent, with a regular occupancy of all together 7 adults plus kids, can also accommodate bigger groups of up to 12 pax. There is also a Service Block with an open kitchen connected to the Modern Room, plus a lovely pool located under mango and cashew trees. In addition, there are 2 wooden structures called "The Levels", a look-out tower called "The Tower", and a grill/open fireplace. Furthermore, the property includes "a jungle", a meadow, a vegetable garden, and a lot of beautiful fruit trees. With all these facilities on offer, everyone can select and retreat to their own corner for their own particular activity. This is a different world, far removed from the frenetic frenzy of the city in the serenity of nature. It is great for deep relaxation, for reading a good book, or better still, for writing one. Bigger Groups and Longer Stays: Some guests, who are looking out for a place for a bigger group of up to 12 pax, sometimes combine Modern Room, Native House and the tent, for a special package price. Please approach us, and we will give you an offer suitable for your needs. Also, if you like to stay longer, a week, a month, or anything in between, just let us know, and we will discuss. We appreciate long term stays and bigger groups. Guest access The Room: The Modern Room is located in the Main House which is a new modern structure with air-conditioning and warm-water supply. It consists of 2 rooms, the left one being occupied by the owners when they are at home, and locked up when they are travelling. The room to the right is shared with guests as The Modern Room, when available. The room (20 sqm) has a queen bed, an extendable sofa-bed, and includes a built-in bath and toilet. Large glass doors lead out on to The Podium. All doors and windows are provided with sealed mosquito screens so that all doors and windows can be left open. The Podium: The Podium is an elevated roofed terrace (23 sqm) with superb views. It is furnished with a big dining table, six chairs, abaca lounge furniture, and a hanging chair. This is effectively your outdoor living room. You will not want to tear yourself away from this place once you have had a taste of it. The Kitchen: Guests are invited to use the open kitchen in the Service Block (just a short walk away) to cook their favourite food. The open kitchen is shared with the owners when present, and used alone when the owners are travelling. The kitchen is fully equipped, with the exception of an oven. It is up to you whether you would like to have your meals in the Kitchen, the Podium, near the Pool, the Levels or any other corner of the property. Other things to note Wifi available in this area.
