The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a historical building, with lift and has been completely renovated with a really cool eclectic style. The industrial style, with high ceilings, exposed aircon ducting, original beams walls of exposed brick and open plan floor, which endow it with great character and make it very special and cool. It also has a little balcony with side view to the old river bed park, which make the apartment bright and its perfect to seat down and have a drink while enjoying the sunny days in Valencia. In the back of the apartment there is an interior terrace which permits to seat outside comfortably in case of an unusual rainy day. This open plan place features a very spacious living room area with fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a sleeping area. The spacious and bright living & dining space, featuring high ceilings and original wooden beams, offers a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV a dining table that seats 4, a corner with a chair perfect to relax and read a book and a small inside terrace perfect to seat outside or do the laundry. At the other side of the apartment, and facing the street, we find the spacious sleeping area with a double bed and a balcony with large crystal doors, which fill the space with plenty of natural daylight. It features also a small table and two chairs (that can be used at the inside terrace or balcony) and makes it the ideal place for reading or having a morning coffee or tea while enjoying sunny Valencia. In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might require to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom offers a comfy and wide walk-in shower. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also included. The bath towels supplied are for use in the apartment only. You will find also one hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. Fast WIFI High-Speed Internet connection and central heating / aircon system is provided. Other things to note - SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). - For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
