Just a 1.5-hour drive from Metro Manila and about 39 km from SM Masinag, this place is perfect for a quick staycation or a change of scenery while working from home. The space Sleeping Areas ∙ Common sleeping area on upper floor (9 single beds) Toilet & Bath ∙ 1 full bathroom (separate toilet and shower rooms), 1 powder room Kitchen ∙ We have a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, oven, coffee maker, 2 induction cooktops, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, and a hot and cold water dispenser with drinking water. ∙ We provide ground coffee beans, creamer, and sugar for brewing with our coffee maker. ∙ Please bring your own condiments and ingredients (oil, salt and pepper, soy sauce, etc.). ∙ There are sari-sari stores nearby but they may not have all that you need. ∙ Many restaurants are within walking distance. Parking ∙ We have a gated parking area that can fit up to 5 cars. Internet Connectivity ∙ PLDT Fibr is provided for guests to use, perfect for work-from-home days. Bonfire ∙ Please send us a message if you would like to have a bonfire set up for a minimal fee (subject to weather conditions during your stay). Please bring your own ingredients for smores. Grill ∙ Please send us a message if you would like to use our griller so that we can set it up for you. Please take note that the place has no air conditioning due to the cool mountain climate. We provide fans in case guests may want to use them. Because the place is near nature, please prepare to encounter some bugs. Packing insect repellent is a good idea for the trip. Guest access The 2nd and 3rd floors of the house is for the use of the guests. Guests will have access to all outdoor areas of the house (bonfire pit, grill area, roof deck, outdoor seating area). Other things to note ∙ Kindly ensure that the inquiry reflects the correct number of guests in the group. Extra charges apply for additional guests. ∙ For groups with pets, we will be removing the rug in the living room to prevent any accidents. Any damages made by pets will be shouldered by the guests. ∙ Additional guests may incur extra fees. Last-minute additions (less than 24 hours before check in) will be charged 1,500 pesos per person per night. ∙ Regular check in time is at 2pm and check out is strictly at 11am. Early check in and late check out are accommodated on a case-to-case basis. ∙ Please bring your own towels, toiletries, and slippers for indoor use. Shoes are not allowed indoors to keep the place clean. ∙ The roof deck is open for guests to go up to. Please supervise children here at all times. ∙ The kitchen is available for the use of guests with basic pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. We recommend bringing everything you need already as the nearest market is a 10-minute drive away. There are some variety stores within walking distance, but they may not have what you need. Filtered drinking water is provided in the house. ∙ There are no aircons in the house. We have electric fans for guests to use, but they are not usually needed because of the cool mountain air. ∙ Smart has a better connection here and can be used for 4G data. Globe signal may be spotty in certain parts of the house. ∙ The listing has PLDT Fibr and prepaid wifi on standby. • Our Smart TV has YouTube and Netflix. Guests may use the Netflix account provided (please use the guest profile).
