This historic home is tucked away among peaceful private woods, tall pines, and scenic walking paths. Set about 750 feet from the shores of Lake Michigan, guests can reach the beach via approximately 90 steps down the bluff. Address of this house is 1532 71st Street located in Glenn, Michigan Enjoy 165 feet of private, sandy beach on the shore of Lake Michigan. While the house is set back about 750 feet from the bluff and does not offer direct lake views, you're just a short walk from the water. This spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, central air conditioning, a large country-style eat-in kitchen, a comfortable living room, a screened-in front porch, a gas barbecue grill, and a flat-screen TV-perfect for a relaxing getaway. We provide linens, bath and beach towels for a comfortable stay. Guests will need to bring your own beach umbrellas and beach chairs. No Pets Policy To ensure the comfort and health of all our guests, especially those with allergies, we kindly ask that no pets be brought onto the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. No Tents or Motor Homes We have NO laundry facilities on site. There are laundromats in South Haven and Douglas. Vacancy is Limited to 14 (including children) Activities: Fishing Charters available in Saugatuck and South Haven for Perch, Trout & Salmon. Golf Courses nearby. Saugatuck and South Haven are both harbor towns with many beautiful sailboats and powerboats anchored. Saugatuck is an artist town with many specialty shops. Many antique shops nearby. Fresh Fruits can be purchased directly from nearby - available for picking.
