Our home is conveniently located close to downtown Athens, the UGA campus, Beechwood shopping center, and 5 points. You can get to all these places in minutes. We look forward to hosting you! The space As you step inside, you'll notice the beautiful and spotless interiors. Our home features a large living room where you can relax and unwind after a long day and a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the king-size bed in the master is a dream to sleep on. Although the bedrooms do not have TVs, we hope you'll enjoy the serene atmosphere and get a good night's sleep. We are very responsive and attentive hosts and will do our best to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Everything in the house is in great shape, and it has been recently renovated. We take pride in keeping our home clean and well-maintained so that you can feel at ease during your stay. You'll love the backyard space to spread out, play games, and relax. Friends and family can gather on the deck and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Other things to note This is the top two stories of a residential home. The basement apartment is a separate rental and not part of this rental. Both can be rented if you have a large party. All guests are required to agree to and sign a rental agreement that will sent after booking. If agreement is not signed, or is refused, the booking can be cancelled at any time.
