Open until 10 pm. - Use the fire exit door. • Pay Parking Entrance - Payable to the guard on duty at ground flr or 3rd level entrance - P60 (Mon-Thurs) / P80 (Fri-Sun & Holidays) per entry valid for 24 hrs - Trolley/Push cart is available upon request to the guard (self-service) Other things to note Unit is at the 7th level without Taal view. You can access the Rooftop View Deck at 23rd level to enjoy a 360-degree view of Tagaytay and Taal. HOUSE RULES: - Please do not attract ants and keep doors & windows closed to prevent bugs from getting in especially after raining. - Please ensure to wash dishes after use and do not leave it in the sink to prevent roaches. - Please follow swimming pool rules set by the building administration. Do not use the elevator with wet clothes (change clothes prior going up). Do not hang any clothes in the balcony. This is subject to 500 pesos fine. - Follow the garbage chute rules set by the building administration. - Strictly no smoking inside the unit and in the balcony. There are designated smoking areas in the building. - No loitering and excessive noise in the hallways and inside the unit. - If you will bring alcoholic beverage, please Drink Responsibly!
