The heart of the home is the open plan kitchen which has everything you need to cook up a treat! Through to the bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen leads out to the sunny courtyard garden a real sun trap, there even a gated side entrance perfect if you are bringing bikes. The stairs have been opened up from the kitchen to flood the area with light, leading to the lovely single bedroom with a large window with views overlooking the garden. The middle bedroom has a double bed and lots of storage space for all your holiday essentials. The spacious master bedroom is at the from of the house with wardrobes and drawers. The house is in a great location on a residential street just a 5 minute walk to Cowes high street with its many shops, restaurants and pubs. If you are here to sail then the location is fantastic as its just a 2 minute walk to Shepards Marina and the Yacht Haven is just 5 minutes away. The house is located a short walk from the High Street, Cowes Yacht Haven or stroll along to the Parade and Esplanade for wonderful views of the bustling harbour and across The Solent. See the prestigious yacht clubs and, if you are lucky, hear the small cannon at the Royal Yacht Squadron fire to start or finish a yacht race.
