This house is located in the charming village of Oiséme, Eure Valley (<1 hour from Paris) Very comfortable interior layout with garden not overlooked in absolute calm. The living room is very pleasant and promotes sharing good times in front of a good fire. The kitchen is very well equipped. 4 double bedrooms including 2 with 1 single bed, or 10 beds. Must-see tours: Chartres Cathedral, Maintenon Castle. Optional cleaning fee: 100€ The space House with access by car through an electric gate. On the ground floor, a very warm living room with fireplace and functional kitchen with a living table for a friendly atmosphere. 2 bedrooms and one bathroom per floor. A very pleasant garden with a small refreshing swimming pool. A large terrace offers a lounge area and another for the dining area. Peaceful atmosphere and very pleasant... None overlooked. A plancha is available to share good meals... Guest access All parts of the house can be accessed except for a few cabinets to store our personal belongings. Other things to note The quietness of the neighborhood is much appreciated. Parties are therefore not allowed. Please specify the number of guests for linens. The pool is not heated but the sun takes care of it quickly… The pool is small… Pool opening between April / May until September / October (flexible date depending on the weather). Fireplace: The rental price includes a small flare-up for fun. If your consumption is higher, please leave a cash amount knowing that a cubic meter of wood costs €100... Optional cleaning fee: 100€
